I see the Legal strategy.

The cult has the wide, wide protections of the 1st Amendment "freedom of religion" which they hide behind.

Folk have tried for decades to fight Scientology INC to bring it down.

So far, it did not work. The cult got black eyes, the cult got punched got punched, slapped and bashed but continued on with every illegality including holding Sea Org members hostage as in lock down and blocking permission to leave.

The cult acts like they are Federal Marshalls from Miscavige's delusion of his power.

Taking down the head of the snake is much more doable...

Fully support you Tom.

I appreciate your honesty, intent and exposure of Miscavige-

Anyone who is using your platform/ name to be divisive is irrelevant and it’s clear where their loyalties lie.

Thank you so much for your strength and everything you are doing…

It’s clearly working.

Extremely well stated. He spends tax free donated millions to PROTECT HIMSELF and he deposed ANYONE who might have challenged him. Literally no one left inside could ever challenge him. Your initiative is a tall order going against someone who has mafia like money and influence. Your strongest allies would have been Debbie C and Marty R though clearly they have been extremely well bought and legally silenced. Mike R was right there. Don't know if Leah has much to contribute anymore. She led the charge for a long time at great cost to her. If you could extricate Shelly and Russ they would have the knowledge but I doubt they have the strength anymore.

David Miscavige, alleged heir to L. Ron Hubbard, self-proclaimed religious leader, and beneficiary to all church assets. Without a doubt, Mr. Miscavige is Scientology’s most highly elevated Special Person. In other words, its greatest SP.

Well said. There’s been way too much money being made from creating division in this community. It’s gotten pretty disgusting over the past few years. It’s good to see someone else who is exclusively interested in taking down Miscavige, who is the REAL target.

When I learned what happened at the October '82 Mission Holders meeting, I was shocked. I expected Hubbard to issue something that said "declaring people without giving them a proper ethics hearing is a high crime". When that didn't happen, my trust in Hubbard AND the management went through the floor. However, I was already unhappy with aspects of Scientology, so I was already primed to leave. I was under the radar for years.

There are people I love who are still in Scientology, and I would never attack them or their beliefs. So I'm fully with you there.

Your story reveals a cruel use of "ethics" by David Miscavige to harm others via authoritarian beliefs and behaviors, while living his idea of "the high life" and lining his own pockets.

If only to stop him from doing more of the same, you've named the right target.

Tom I’ve never been a Scientologist. Could not even finish Dianetics. But, I do recognize a tyrant when I read about one. I’m not sure what I can do to help but I’m sure willing to help however I can. I agree that what Miscavige has done is evil. Purely evil for his own sick pleasure. And it’s wrong on every level.

What you say makes sense—the real source of the problem needs to be addressed to remedy the situation. All roads lead to David Miscavige. Once he’s out, I’m sure a heavy weight will be lifted from those who have felt his heel on their collective necks. His fear-driven “leadership” needs to end ASAP so he no longer has free rein to injure, abuse, and degrade others.

Everybody's been there, everybody's been stared down

By the enemy

Fallen for the fear and done some disappearing

Bow down to the mighty

But don't run, stop holding your tongue

Say what you wanna say

And let the words fall out

Honestly I wanna see you be brave

With what you want to say

And let the words fall out

Honestly I wanna see you be brave

Thank you Sara Bareilles.

More power to you Tom.

Tom, off topic but I have a family interest in the failed Scientology project in Wyoming. If you have any ideas how I can get to the truth of that acquisition I can be reached at kje11@hotmail.com

It's kind of baffling how anyone could be divided over this totally correct proposal.

It's putting responsibility where it really lies.

Without this backstory, I would still be blaming a host of other executives for things they never intended to happen. I did not like the way they treated us lowly org staff AT ALL. I lost my loving wife and two step-sons to Disconnection when I got caught doing what I could to help straighten things out from where I was. But all that pales in comparison to what David Miscavige put people through who dedicated their lives to the ideals laid out in Scientology's development.

Thank you so much for stating the truth. The subject of Scientology was always the people - its adherents and spirit of help and cooperation. It does not even belong, really, to Hubbard.

A Truth & Reconciliation should definitely be done at same point, but the fact is that just a bringing of this man's crimes to view and to justice in the light of day would in itself be such relief that the subject of Scientology as practiced as a church would straighten out practically of its own accord. True checks and balances - already laid out long ago - reinstated would prevent another psychopath from monopolizing it.

And of course Scientology can NEVER be permitted a monopoly again, even though it is true that LRH himself established it that way against his own 1952 and later warnings. For this an independent field is essential - and must be recognized by any future reformed management as legitimate and healthy competition and cooperation.

If you do succeed and I really hope you do, I sincerely hope you don’t stop there. He is the head of the snake but he’s not the only rotten part.

I don’t believe in Scientology but if people want to practice it, fine. But whoever wants to leave should also have the same right.

Man, you outdid the whole Legal Apparatus of the Church!

Just by analyzing what THEY write (boast) about Miscavige.

Brilliant attorney job!
