So Dave's another Caligula!! If history is prologue, that kind of madness doesn't end well.

You're painting a fully relatable case study on how a madman becomes a dictator who ruins peoples lives by playing dirty. For those he's broken, I know it's hard to let go of ideals that matter, even when they're ripped apart before your eyes. It might be that some go along with it out of confusion, or a misguided sense that it's for the greater good. But in this case, and that fighting back means your (or members of your family) will be harmed.

This has to be hard for you to write, but I hope you're able to keep your balance, and breathe into it. IMO, you didn't waste 30 years: you found your deepest truth and are sharing it in a way that informs, which (it seems to me) is a needed and important task. Thank you.

Tom, I really think you hit the nail on the head and brilliantly disected this with figuring out that applause is what has and does motivate Dave. It is so clearly obvious since for a long time now (years), he has been the main center of attention at all events and is the one that gets all the admiration, and applause.

I think about the events in the 80s that were fun and then thought about how they transformed into what they are now. All you have to do is really look at that and you really can see it crystal clear! 💯👏

DM is a classic evil narcissist. I’m so sorry you went through all that. I applaud you for bearing your soul and really showing us your pain. I hope this helps you heal. These emotional scars run deep but exposing DM needs to occur. ❤️

Dave the misbegotten

He soon will be forgotten

To fools who ever bought him

This man is truly rotten!

Wow. Just when I think Miscavige can't sink any lower, it gets worse and worse.

I always wondered about the musical chairs. I remember Marc Headley saying in an interview that after being knocked out early on in the game, he asked if he could stop and start the music. Miscavige said 'yes, but you'll have to have your back to everyone so you can't choose who wins...' not realising that there was a giant TV in the room, through which he could see the reflection of everyone playing! This stuck out to me because he said he engineered it so that Lisa (his boss at the time) won the game. At the end, DM said 'does anyone here think they deserve to be spared,' and Marc was the only one who raised his hand. He rattled off a bunch of reasons as to why, and DM personally let him out of The Hole. Then everyone else raised their hands... and Dave shut them all down.

(Incidentally I know Marty once said he was punched in the back during one of these rounds of musical chairs... by none other than Marc Headley! Marty then lost his chair and shortly after, so too did Marc.)

RE: the music itself. I've heard of a few different tracks being played. I'm pretty sure Headley said the first song Dave played was We Are The Champions... which probably didn't fit the atmosphere he wanted! Later on he played Mozart's Requiem.

The most important and valuable thing that is being done here is recording these episodes for history on the Internet. These will never go away now and will ultimately be the history of the downfall of the "Church" and the subject. It is also valuable for all of us that were there and experienced at least some of what is recounted, that we weren't insane or imagining the horrors that befell us. It is most unfortunate that those MOST dedicated to the Church and Scn were literally treated the worst and the full force of suppression used on them to destroy their beingness. I knew them all and they were for the most part, decent and dedicated and hardworking individuals that literally gave their lives to the Church and LRH and Scn, only to have it used on them to destroy them utterly. We often were told about "Implants" and "Implant Stations" and such way back on the "track". Well, here is a modern use of the same technology to destroy decent Beings and reduce them to nothingness. The only "crime" all of the Int Execs ever committed was that of being dedicated to the subject and a possible threat to the only true Enemy of the Church and Scn.............

Absolutely right! The more testimonies that can be brought together and documented the better. The truth must come out. It has to. 🙏

One more for the Midget of Mayhem.

(Sung to the tune of Frosty the Snowman)

Davy the conman is an angry, tortured soul

Just an SOB playing COB

And a heart made out of coal

Davy the conman is a horror tale they say

He’s an empty show but the children know

Davy’s head is full of hay

There must have been some magic in

That meter that they found

For with the cans placed in his hands

He would writhe upon the ground

Oh, Davy the conman

Is a bonafide SP

And the children say that he screams all day

Not the same as you and me!
