If Miscavige really wished to make a name for himself, he'd disallow all future "disconnections" and instead require only "handlings."

At least he should order a pilot of this.

Dave has streamlined Hubbard’s Handle or Disconnect policy by eliminating the former and strengthening the latter. Welcome to the Golden Age of Ethics!

Evil power of "disconnect" as some other critics have said that Dave's weaponized "disconnection" for his evil power.

But, LRH wrote the model, and LRH did himself heartlessly lead the way disconnecting brutally to his "second wife" and "second wife's child".

So LRH is absolutely the evil mind behind "disconnect."

"As-is" was the "tech" and "disconnect" was when you evilly wish to erase someone you are convinced wrongly is your enemy.

Hubbard wrote the predicament regulation. Miscavige evilly focuses on the wrong.

Disconnection was framed as a self-protective act, not a punishment. But in practice, it is a coercive and punitive measure used to silence dissent and control members.
