Regardless, people can believe and follow whatever practices they wish. It doesn’t matter that you or anyone else thinks that it’s rubbish, that’s just called freedom of religion and if we don’t have that we may as well be North Korea.
Right. But it's not a religion, it's a long con game, a cult, that has obviously hoodwinked many people. It has all the earmarks of a cult: isolation from those who attack the cult, love bombing, gradual escalation (the extreme aspects aren't presented at the beginning), thought-stopping and loaded language (doubt is a sign of weakness), information control, fear, us vs. them mentality, identity reconstruction. The color of religion needs to be stripped from this organization by eliminating its tax-exempt status, then the leaders be prosecuted under the RICO statute for the fraud, forced labor, and obstruction of justice.
Without this kind of truth and honesty, we don't stand a chance reforming things.
